What are Void Relics?
Void relics are little egg shaped things that contain various prime parts inside for example prime warframe parts, weapons and companions.
You can get void relics as rewards simply by running different missions and bounties. These can then be cracked open in void fissure missions for a chance at the goodies inside.
How to refine relics:
For starters, to be able to actually refine any relics, you’ll need to have installed the void relic segment into your orbiter. This can be found by completing the Junction mission for Mars on Earth.
You’ll also need a little stockpile of void traces, which can be got as a drop from corrupted enemies in void fissure missions.
After you’ve got these, head over to the void relics section in your orbiter. It’ll look something like this, on the right of your arsenal
After interacting with the void relic station, another screen will pop up that looks similar to this:
This screen allows you to view every void relic you own and allows you to filter relic type and search by parts inside each relic.
After clicking on any relic, the right of the screen will show all the parts that specific relic may drop and their rarity. Underneath this there’s four diamond buttons. This is how you refine relics.
Each of these buttons is a different level of refinement with higher refinement levels offering a higher chance to get the rarer drops.
However, higher quality refinements also cost more void traces with “Exceptional” relics costing 25 void traces. “Flawless” relics costing 50 and “Radiant” relics costing 100 void traces.
Here you can see we’ve chosen the fourth refinement option. Our relic will become a Radiant version for 100 void traces right after we click the big button.
